Privacy Policy

This is a provisional placeholder, not a finished legal document. It states only what this website's forms actually do, in plain terms. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and does not cover retention periods, your full legal rights, or Benington Networks' obligations as a data controller in the detail a complete privacy policy needs. If you have questions about your data, contact us using the details below.

Who we are

Benington Networks, Slaptonhill Farm, Towcester, NN12 8QD, United Kingdom. Email: admin@benington-networks.co.uk. Phone: 01327 860864.

What this website collects, and why

The forms on this site (checking park coverage, signing up for broadband, visitor WiFi enquiries, and park-owner enquiries) collect the information you type into them - typically your name, email address, phone number, and details relevant to your enquiry (for example your park name, pitch number, or chosen plan). We use this to respond to your enquiry and, where you've signed up, to arrange your service.

A random identifier is also stored in your browser (not tied to your name unless you submit a form) so that if you look up your park and later submit a form, we can connect the two.

Who we share it with

Enquiry and sign-up form submissions are sent to our own operations system (om.stemconnect.net) so our team can act on them. Resident sign-ups are also sent to our CRM, HubSpot, so our sales and support team can follow up - this is the same place sign-ups from our site go whichever form you use.

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand when a visit to this site leads to a sign-up. This uses a Google cookie in your browser. We do not currently use Google Analytics or other general-purpose analytics tracking on this site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these, contact us at the email above.
